At Design Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
